The language, the rules, the codes of behaviour - how does it work?
The swedish government has decided to provide every new immigrant with a specific person who helps you find your way as fast as possible to a suitable job, the right education or setting up your own company. We help you find the way, and the goal is your INDEPENDENCE.
FOKUS Rekrytering has a 25 year experience as recruitment consultants for companies in Gothenburg and the past 2 years we have coached over a hundred unemployed people in their search for a steady job. We will meet you personally 2-3 times every month, to hear your questions and to provide any information we think you might need. To start with, the most important thing is that you learn the language as fast as possible. That is your key to success. You will spend time at SFi (swedish for immegrants) and getting used to the new language and the new surroundings.
